2 凈化機理

        采用脈沖高壓調頻等離子體電源和齒板放電裝置,使其產生高強度、高濃度、高電能的活性自由基,在毫秒級的時間內瞬間對有害廢氣分子進行氧化還原反應,將廢氣中的大部分污染降解成二氧化碳和水及易處理的物質。
        利用催化氧化劑的強氧化性和高吸附性,持續地對等離子體未處理盡的污染物和生成的物質進行催化氧化反應,使有害氣經多級凈化后***終達標排放標準。
        新穎的結構設計將低溫等離子體的發生裝置和催化氧化裝置有機地結合在同一凈化設備內,******限度地發揮了復合凈化的效能,使之滿足占地小,重量輕、能耗少、效率高地設計要求。
